  2. Clancey Wright, referred to as the prospective husband, and
  3. Juliette Rand, referred  to as the prospective wife, agree: 
  4. The parties contemplate marriage and desire to fix their 
  5. respective rights and entitlements regarding each other's 
  6. property. 
  7. Each party herewith waives the right to: 
  8.  
  9. Share in each others estate upon death, whether by will, 
  10. statutory right, statutory share, dower, curtesy, whether such 
  11. right now exists by case law or by statute. 
  12.  
  13. To alimony, whether permanent or rehabilitative, separate 
  14. maintenance, or other forms of spousal support, or division of 
  15. property due to their status of marriage or former marriage. 
  16. EACH PARTY IS AWARE THAT UNDER THE LAW, COURTS HAVE THE AUTHORITY 
  17. TO IGNORE THIS AGREEMENT UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES IF ANY 
  18. SPOUSE IS IMPOVERISHED AND THE OTHER IS NOT 
  19.  
  20. To the sharing in the increase in marital assets regarding 
  21. separate property during marriage. 
  22.  
  23. To sharing in any pension, profit sharing, government or military 
  24. pension plan. 
  25.  
  26. Each party acknowledges an opportunity to consult with independent
  27. counsel of their own choice. 
  28.  
  29. Each party acknowledges that: 
  30.  
  31. they have made a full and complete disclosure of their respective 
  32. financial conditions to the other prospective spouse. 
  33.  
  34. Each spouse represents to the other that they have adequate 
  35. separate resources for their own support. 
  36.  
  37. This pre-marital agreement represents the entire agreement of the 
  38. parties, and there are no representations others than those 
  39. stated herein. This agreement may only be modified in a writing 
  40. executed by both parties.

  42. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING- THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING 
  43. INSTRUMENT.
